I have been working with boards, chief executives and their leadership teams and collaborating with human resources staff, across the private and public sectors for over 25 years.
My focus is to help organisations to be more effective, making best use of the resources available.
Working for Hay Group in Wellington for 25 years, I consulted to a wide range of major New Zealand clients. With many of these clients I became a trusted advisor and confidant.

- Remuneration and reward strategy and its implementation
- Developing performance management frameworks
- Structure review to enhance clarity and responsibility in organisation design and position documentation
- Advising board remuneration committees including the development of CEO performance agreements and assistance with CEO recruitment

- Human Resource analytics
Prior to joining Hay Group, I was in the financial services sector in both the UK and New Zealand for nearly 20 years. In addition to mainstream banking, credit and management roles I held executive level positions with National Mutual and Bank of New Zealand.
I was a Business Mentor for Business in the Community; am a member of the Institute of Directors working towards Chartered Member status, and an active member of Rotary Club of Wellington.
